No calls/ no shows will be BANNED from booking. Please contact me if you need to cancel or reschedule. It must be within 7 days from the original appointment to keep your deposit secured. If you do not reschedule in 7 days you will have to book a new Appointment.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service. After your wig or bundles are completed, you have 7 days to pick them up; otherwise, they will be sold. We accept payments in cash, Apple Pay, and Zelle upon service completion. If you're not satisfied with your color, we're happy to make adjustments, but please be aware that it will still be charged at full price. When sending color examples, keep in mind that the outcome may vary.

If it is NOT LISTED, I DO NOT OFFER THAT SERVICE. I will NOT use synthetic hair. 


WIG MEASUREMENTS
I make HANDMADE units using the measurements that is provided to me
by a client . PLEASE LIST the size in the notes section when booking.
Here is a measurement chart. You should use a tape measure
to your head.
