How Long Is Shipping?
Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing.
Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
Please plan and order accordingly — shipping times may be delayed during holidays.
How does “Same Day Pick-Up” work?
When selecting Same Day Pickup, your order will be ready during business hours.
Please WAIT until you receive your “Pickup Is Ready” confirmation email before arriving.
Availability:

Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 4 PM are available for pickup after 5 PM.

Saturday: Orders placed before 1 PM are available for pickup after 2 PM.

Orders placed after these cutoff times will be available the next business day.
Please plan ahead and do not wait until the last minute to purchase.
If an earlier pickup time becomes available, you will receive a call or text notification.
Important:

Cash is NOT accepted for same day pickups.

Wigs not picked up within 7 days will be resold.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Refunds or Exchanges?
Unfortunately, cancellations or modifications are not allowed once an order is placed, and a service is done.
All sales are FINAL — absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
However, everything is fixable. You have 30 days from the pickup/service date to request adjustments or repairs to your wig.
